Good animation BUUUUT.....

I loved the art style and the animation but I have to say the voice acting was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE and really took away from the overall quality. Alot of people who create their own animation insist on voice acting it themselves or by friends or the first person to come along saying OH PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE LET ME BE NAVI!!!

But nothing kills the audio quality more then;
1)Talking too fast
2)Talking incoherently
3)Getting that loud breath blast into the mic
And unfortunatly this animation had all of these downfalls.

For future animations for voice acting I suggest you go to http://voiceacting.proboards62.com/in dex.cgi or http://voiceactingalliance.com/board/ both of these places are overflowing with talented voice actors willing to lend their pipes.

I'm not trying to bash you at all I just really believe you have alot of potential and just offering you some constructive criticism.

[The Lost Gift Trailer]

It was good but...

When making a trailer for a movie in production. Your trailer has to do a few things. The first is to showcase your talent, and this definitly does that. Secondly a release date or some sort of approximated release. If people are interested they would like to know when they should seek out your finished product. If they have to keep coming back and searching for it and too much time has gone by they'll eventually just lose interest, but if you add a tag like "Coming this Winter" they won't be discouraged if there's nothing new in the next several months. Last and most importantly is give a quick plot summary, in other words, tell us what the story is about. We don't have any idea what your movie is about, we can tell there's violence, bloodshed, samurai, and a blindfolded man (the robes he was wearing made him look like a catholic priest).

3? episode? i was thinking of maybe one sequel, but i was just going to stick with metal slug. seems like a concept that would be difficult to keep fresh. thanks for your input though.

Well...

The animation was great, but the voice acting licked stanky chocobo ass. If people are going to voice act, at least learn to make a recording without having the mic go all screechy, or whatever the term for that is.

Not bad

Just wanted to comment on the person that said the spartans came back with 10,000 more men. That's not true. Perhaps in the comic or movie that may have happened. But at the real battle of Thermopolye the 300 soldiers stayed behind to delay the persians while the city was evacuated. No other soldiers ever came.
